DEFINED

The H2B Visa allows foreign nationals to legally work in the US for up to 10 months. Participants may repeat participation in the program year after year. The work is seasonal temporary non-agricultural employment. Most position are in the landscaping and hospitality industry.

BENEFITS

Provide a vehicle for foreign workers to legally work in the US. Participants may return to the same employer for several years. Allows foreign workers to earn US dollars, return to their home country and then return to the US to continue earning.

CP process the paperwork necessary in the participants home country. CP provides the participant with guarantees employment in the US. Cp provides a detailed job description so the participant is better prepared for the experience.
