The H2B Visa provides a vehicle for Non-Agriculture Seasonal Employers who experience a shortage of temporary labor to legally employ foreign workers for up to ten months.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Filing

• Provide information regarding H2B
• Collect data and accurately comply with Government paperwork process in a timely manner
• Complete each step of the H2B application process
• Provide continual customer service during the filing process
• Provide client with realistic expectations for the H2B program

Recruitment

• Recruit eligible workers either from Client referral or from CP contacts
• Assist foreign workers with visa paperwork and appointments
• Ensure workers are prepared for Consulate appointment
• Assist with travel plans either by bus or air

Customer Service

• Provide faithful and honest service from initial interview until the last H2B worker leaves this country (hopefully to return to your business next year).
